Neighborhood News

  • WARNING ABOUT OUR PONDS! New signs have been posted at our ponds reminding everyone that swimming, wading, boating or skating is not allowed in our ponds. Also, only residence of Oak Creek are allowed to fish.
  • KEEPING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD BEAUTIFUL! Have you noticed trash on our streets, in the gutters, around the ponds and in neighbor's yards? Wonder where it comes from? We have noticed that there are neighbors who don't take into consideration that the wind will be blowing and cause papers, boxes and other trash to blow out of containers. This is especially true of newspapers, milk cartons and light debris! Let start becoming aware about how we package our trash, using lids and heavier items to keep the lighter items from blowing out of containers, and into our streets and neighbor's yards. If everyone just takes a few more minutes to think about it, we'll have a beautiful place to live. One resident proposed we rent a street cleaning machine. This would be expensive to rent, and do you want your association dues to increase to do what everyone should be doing themselves. If everyone does their fair share, we can keep litter down. Thank you!
